What the forms collect

Name, email address, message, and optionally organisation, phone number and selected services. We use these only to answer your enquiry, provide requested services and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.

Hosting and email

The site is served by our hosting provider. Form submissions are passed to the host's mail system and sent to our company mailbox. The host may keep technical server logs under its own policies.

Abuse protection

To limit misuse, the form handler stores a pseudonymous hash derived from your IP address and a counter for 15 minutes in a temporary server folder. Expired files are removed when later requests arrive.

Cookies and local storage

We install no analytics, advertising or optional cookies. Your cookie-banner choice is saved in your browser's localStorage so the banner does not reappear. You can change it with the “Cookie choice” button in the footer. If storage is blocked, the banner simply shows again.

How long we keep information

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service, and legal obligations. The owner of this site must confirm the actual retention policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to processing, by emailing us. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
